I never putt with it, but 9/10 times my Arrow is my goto approach disc. Got a sick throw in from 120 earlier with it.

This was a really helpful video. An oldie but a goodie, for sure. That said, if you actually watch Hokom play, kinda seems like her advice would be: "Try to almost fall over on every single shot. Really, get your torso horizontal, parallel to the ground, forehand, backhand, 5 foot putt, horizontal torso, bent all the way over, every shot." Wonderful player and person, but her form makes me cringe - just being honest.

First comment in five years Woop! I have a red opto x saint pro that was given to me and once I add more arm speed and flick it's going to be even more awesome very good disk especially for whimdy conditions. Very stable with a reliable turn.

I struggled to find the right putter for the last 2 years since I started playing. This season im usually a combo of a Gateway Eraser Wizard and the Swan 2 BT soft. They have been working wonders for me.

I've played with Eric in NC before. Nice guy! He shredded the round I played with him and didn't miss any putts!

Music was annoying

-2 turn doesn't stand. It's not very flippy even in headwind. Actually, it's great both headwind and tailwind. Just have to control the hyzer/anhyzer angle but this disc is not very sensitive. Def goes into bag.

I must have gotten a dud. My Mx-3 when thrown flat has a little bit of turn before mildly fading out at the end. Into a headwind and it just turns over. It’s been this way since the first throw. Mine is in 500 plastic.

If yall still have this disc and don't want it or never use it. You could send it to me. I've been trying to find one forever.

Can really tell whose played longer or more out of both players shots. But gives you a good perspective of the disc's flight . Honestly I night go purchase one now. I like how it flies

super casual disc golf person. looking for a set as a gift for my brother's (he loves it too) kid aged 13. found a matrix brand (unclear if its mvp) basket that looks decent enough. know anything about it? also does it make that much of a differenct to use proper frolf discs as opposed to a normal/ ultimate regulated frisbee?

Wish y’all showed forehand throws as well in your reviews instead of just backhands all the time.

I've been throwing a beat in origio burst hatchet . I can really throw it on a slight anyhizer slightly fighting out the glide and it will go straight right and not fade out until it lands flat by the basket. Nice for short par threes through the woods

I'm only ever going to be mediocre... but at 55, and only starting 2 years ago, I'm REALLY happy with where I am. In those 55 years I have learnt a few things... but because they work for me, it doesn't mean it will work for you... Stretching... OK so I've ridden skateboards sub 10yo, sort of a gap other than general sport up to 16, then trail riding (motorbikes) up to 50, Indoor Soccer from 20-30. Indoor netball from 30 to 50, downhill MTB 50-now... so sort of active... and I'm average build.. not overweight (even though I eat crap)... so... where was I going with this... For me... stretching is not a thing... 55 years and I could probably count time spent stretching may be an hour or two... in 55 years... BUT..... warm up... Stretching often done wrong will literally STRETCH the muscles you want to work right to the limit... but if you stretch them... your weakening that limit... 'Stretching' and be like taking 100 throws... How many shots do you have in you per session... do you want to waste 100 of them... Warm up your muscles... that means start slow and work up... You are literally warming the muscles (that work better warm than cold), your getting the blood flowing... and don't just do it before you 'Go'... go for the odd 30 second jog... jog up some stairs...soft but energetic... and as I say... it's different for everyone... I have a family friend that used to ride to local farm land type Triathlons, place 1-3rd... then ride home... and that's about all I question in the vid... Everything els is excellent.. and I still can't get 'Apple Pie' out of my head (which is a good thing)... Basically think 'Warm up' your muscles... because you want them warm Don't 'Stretch' your muscles.... think about it... Ever gone for a run and 'Stretched a muscle'... it's sort of the same... you can over extend and 'actually 'Stretch' something doing stretches from cold. Take your bag off your shoulder and carry it in one, then the other arm walking from the car park... envision some puts without doing the throw... Just don't step up and drive with your 1st shot... (Or you'll stretch something). q8D

You need someone that's an advanced player or pro to actually throw it so we can see what it actually does. I'm just saying having an arm that you can throw 60 mph it's going to fly different. Just my $0.02

My sapphire flies like an Overstable disc. I don’t know if I just got a defective one or what but I definitely wouldn’t say it has -2 turn

Straightest disk in my (small) bag. Found in a blackberry thicket and on phoning the owner was given the disk. I can throw 330ft on a good day. I can throw this 300 ft.... keeping it low... and it's straight as an arrow with a little fade at the end. Hyzer or Anhyzer and it holds that angle but still goes fairly straight. My go to disk for low straight shots. Also straight downhills. not too much skip.
